Black Pepper Croutons

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups any bread
Recipe
- 1 remove crusts from bread and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
- 2 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 3 in a large frying pan, combine the first 4 ingredients over medium heat.
- 4 when hot, remove from heat and add bread cubes. toss to coat.
- 5 please the cuves onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. stir during the baking process a few times. when ready, they should just begin to turn brown.
