Bacon Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 bacon, slices
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon in large skillet four to five minutes on each side or until crisp.
- 2 remove bacon, and drain on paper towels.
- 3 crumble bacon.
- 4 stir together bacon, cheese and remaining ingredients just until well blended.
- 5 store cheese mixture in an airtight container in refrigerator up to one week.
