Bacon Pimiento Cheese

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 bacon, slices
  • 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook bacon in large skillet four to five minutes on each side or until crisp.
  • 2 remove bacon, and drain on paper towels.
  • 3 crumble bacon.
  • 4 stir together bacon, cheese and remaining ingredients just until well blended.
  • 5 store cheese mixture in an airtight container in refrigerator up to one week.
