Chocolate Fudge Biscuit Slice

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 125 g butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 250 g crushed wine biscuits

Recipe

  • 1 lightly beat egg.
  • 2 place butter and sugar in saucepan and heat till butter is melted.
  • 3 add cocoa and mix well.
  • 4 remove from heat and add egg and biscuit crumbs, mix well.
  • 5 press into a greased tin and refrigerate until firm.
  • 6 optional - ice with chocolate icing.
  • 7 leave to set and cut into slices.
