- 9 ounces fresh spinach ravioli
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook ravioli until just tender, 6-7 minutes. drain well.
- 2 in a warm bowl, toss hot ravioli with melted butter, parsley, pepper and cheese. serve.
