Breakfast Migas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 corn tortillas, cut or torn in small pieces
  • chopped onion
  • 3 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in saucepan.
