- 2 lbs hash browns
- 14 ounces lightlife gimme lean ground sausage (or regular, if you like)
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 4 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown hash browns in a large skillet (about 7 min, then flip for 7 more).
- 2 cook sausage in separate skillet until thoroughly heated.
- 3 add spinach and sausage to hash browns and mix.
- 4 add salt and pepper.
- 5 last, scrambe eggs in with the "mess".
