Breakfast Mess

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs hash browns
  • 14 ounces lightlife gimme lean ground sausage (or regular, if you like)
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown hash browns in a large skillet (about 7 min, then flip for 7 more).
  • 2 cook sausage in separate skillet until thoroughly heated.
  • 3 add spinach and sausage to hash browns and mix.
  • 4 add salt and pepper.
  • 5 last, scrambe eggs in with the "mess".
