Creamy Cucumber Dip - Weight Watchers

Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups english cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 6 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 6 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a medicum bowl, stir together yogurt mayonnaise, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- 2 add cucumber, onion, mint and dill; stir to mix.
- 3 refrigerate for about an hour.
- 4 enjoy.
