Creamy Cucumber Dip - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups english cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 6 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a medicum bowl, stir together yogurt mayonnaise, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  • 2 add cucumber, onion, mint and dill; stir to mix.
  • 3 refrigerate for about an hour.
  • 4 enjoy.
