Chocolate Melting Moments

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces self raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 ounces caster sugar
  • 2 ounces margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • rolled oats or desiccated coconut
  • 20 chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 cream together margarine and sugar, add the essence.
  • 2 stir in the flour and coco and mix thoroughly.
  • 3 devide the mixture into 20 pieces, roll each into a ball with wet hands and coat with rolled oats or coconut.
  • 4 place on a greased baking sheet and press out a bit, place a small bit of chocolate on each one.
  • 5 bake in a moderate oven (325-350) (165-175) for 15-20 minutes.
