Chocolate Melting Moments

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ounces self raising flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 ounces caster sugar
- 2 ounces margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- rolled oats or desiccated coconut
- 20 chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 cream together margarine and sugar, add the essence.
- 2 stir in the flour and coco and mix thoroughly.
- 3 devide the mixture into 20 pieces, roll each into a ball with wet hands and coat with rolled oats or coconut.
- 4 place on a greased baking sheet and press out a bit, place a small bit of chocolate on each one.
- 5 bake in a moderate oven (325-350) (165-175) for 15-20 minutes.
