Cashmere Mutton Chop

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 mutton chops
  • 1 tablespoon granted ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 spring onions
  • 200 g green peas
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame
  • 1 sprig fresh coriander

Recipe

  • 1 sauce the mutton chops with ginger and sesame oil and put it in your fridge about 2 hours to rest.
  • 2 heat your wok and to stir fry your mutton chop until the sauce turns brown.
  • 3 add spring onions and green peas and cook them about 30 seconds.
  • 4 add lemon juice, honey, coriander and sesame in your saucepan.
  • 5 add this honey sauce in your wok and heat it until it pearling.
