Beer Soaked Flank Steak

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups beer
- 1 bunch green onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 2 1/2 lbs flank steaks, well trimmed
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except steak.
- 2 add steak and marinate several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
