Buttery & Spicy Lemon Corn

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 whole corn
  • 1 -2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a square metal bread pan add corn, lemon juice, garlic and cayenne.
  • 2 slice butter into pats and place over the top of each corn.
  • 3 sprinkle with garlic salt and a little more cayenne.
  • 4 heat on the bbq or oven at 350°f until simmering and cook for 20 minutes or until tender, turning 3 times.
