Buttery & Spicy Lemon Corn

Ingredients

- 2 whole corn
- 1 -2 cup lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cayenne
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 in a square metal bread pan add corn, lemon juice, garlic and cayenne.
- 2 slice butter into pats and place over the top of each corn.
- 3 sprinkle with garlic salt and a little more cayenne.
- 4 heat on the bbq or oven at 350°f until simmering and cook for 20 minutes or until tender, turning 3 times.
