Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 pre-baked 9 inch pie shell
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • chocolate curls

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate. set aside to cool.
  • 2 in a small bowl, cream the margarine. add the sugar, vanilla and melted chocolate. beat until light and fluffy.
  • 3 add the eggs.
  • 4 beat 3 minutes until smooth and thick. pour into shell, chill and garnish with chocolate curls.
