Ingredients

- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 4 cube steaks
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- 2 put buttermilk in shallow bowl.
- 3 put crumbs in another bowl.
- 4 coat steaks with flour, then buttermilk, and then crumbs.
- 5 cook in hot oil for 5-6 minutes a side.
- 6 remove and keep warm.
- 7 to skillet add soup and milk; bring to a boil, stirring.
- 8 serve steaks with the gravy.
