Ingredients

- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup self-rising flour
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 slices meatloaf
- enough canola oil, to fry meatloaf
- lettuce (optional)
- tomato, and (optional)
- bread (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix together egg and milk in a small shallow dish or bowl,set aside.
- 2 in another small shallow dish or bowl mix together flour and seasonings.
- 3 heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- 4 dip meatloaf into egg/milk mixture.
- 5 then coat both sides of meatloaf in seasoned flour.
- 6 fry in in oil until both sides are golden brown.
