Chinese Stir Fry

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 cups mixed chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped bok choy
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

Recipe

  • 1 brown turkey- in a little olive oil if you like.
  • 2 add veggies and the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 saute till as tender as you like.
  • 4 add bamboo shoots if in the mood- serve over brown rice.
