Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cups mixed chopped cabbage
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Recipe
- 1 brown turkey- in a little olive oil if you like.
- 2 add veggies and the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 saute till as tender as you like.
- 4 add bamboo shoots if in the mood- serve over brown rice.
