Chicken Rosemary

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup sweet wine, i prefer sauterne
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, combine wine and rosemary.
  • 2 let stand at room temperture for 2 hours.
  • 3 heat oil in lg skillet.
  • 4 saute mushrooms until lightly browned; remove from skillet.
  • 5 salt and pepper the chicken.
  • 6 cook chicken until browned on both sides; add a little more oil if necessary.
  • 7 return mushrooms to skillet.
  • 8 add wine and rosemary mixture.
  • 9 cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  • 10 cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
