Cowboy Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 28 ounces heinz ketchup
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup steak sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed, not sliced)
Recipe
- 1 bring all ingredients except garlic in sauce pan and heat to a light boil.
- 2 remove from heat and cool.
- 3 add garlic and stir well.
- 4 pour into pint jars to store.
- 5 can be kept for several weeks in the fridge, for longer storage, freeze in freezer.
