Chili Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- salt (to taste)
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (drained)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (1/4 cup less if you fresh chilies)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup rice krispies
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 mix together in a bowl: egg, milk, salt (if using) cheese and the drained chillies.
- 3 sift the flour together with the baking powder over the bowl and mix well.
- 4 now add the rice krispies, and mix again.
- 5 place rounded teaspoons on greased but better still, lined with parchment paper, baking trays and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
