Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, separated
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, salt and pepper.
- 2 coat chicken breasts with this.
- 3 in a skillet over medium high heat in 1 tablespoon hot olive oil, cook chicken breats until brown and fork tender, about 10 minutes.
- 4 remove chicken to a platter.
- 5 in same skillet over medium heat, in 1 more tablespoon hot olive oil, cook almonds until lightly browned.
- 6 stir in lemon juice.
- 7 spoon sauce over chicken.
