Cheez Whiz-spread

Ingredients
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 cut cheese into small pieces and melt in double boiler.
- 2 add evaporated milk, salt and mustard.
- 3 remove from heat and stir in eggs.
- 4 return to double boiler and cook until eggs thicken, stirring constantly.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 pour into a dish and cool slowly.
- 7 stir as it cools to prevent a crust from forming.
- 8 put in jars, cover and store in refrigerator.
- 9 keeps several weeks.
