Carrots With Mango Chutney

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook carrots until tender crisp.
  • 2 drain well.
  • 3 reduce heat and add butter, ginger and orange juice concentrate.
  • 4 cook 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 5 add chutney and cook until very hot.
  • 6 season.
  • 7 p.s. these are not too sweet, but i am sure sugar could be added to suit personal tastes.
