Carrots With Horseradish Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

Recipe

  • 1 cook carrots and 1 teaspoons salt in boiling water to cover,15 minutes or until tender; drain.
  • 2 melt butter in small saucepan over medium-high heat; stir in honey, horseradish, and remaining 1/4 teaspoons salt.
