Brussels Sprouts With Mushroom Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb brussels sprout
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup thinly sliced mushroom

Recipe

  • 1 trim the brussels sprout and halve lengthwise. steam until tender, about 10 minutes. set aside.
  • 2 in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, bring the stock to a boil.
  • 3 whisk in the lemon juice, mustard and thyme.
  • 4 add the mushrooms. boil until the stock is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  • 5 add the brussels sprouts. toss well to coat with the glaze.
