Brussels Sprouts With Mushroom Glaze

- 1 lb brussels sprout
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushroom
Recipe
- 1 trim the brussels sprout and halve lengthwise. steam until tender, about 10 minutes. set aside.
- 2 in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, bring the stock to a boil.
- 3 whisk in the lemon juice, mustard and thyme.
- 4 add the mushrooms. boil until the stock is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
- 5 add the brussels sprouts. toss well to coat with the glaze.
