Aunt Martha's Lamb Chops Delight

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless lamb loin chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 season flour with salt and pepper.
  • 2 spread mustard on chops and dredge in flour.
  • 3 heat a skillet on med high, and melt butter.
  • 4 brown chops in butter on both sides for 2 minutes.
  • 5 add onion and broth and cover, simmer 10 minutes.
