Ingredients

- 4 boneless lamb loin chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 season flour with salt and pepper.
- 2 spread mustard on chops and dredge in flour.
- 3 heat a skillet on med high, and melt butter.
- 4 brown chops in butter on both sides for 2 minutes.
- 5 add onion and broth and cover, simmer 10 minutes.
