Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (use extra sharp)
- 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well. lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan. bake 350 degrees until lightly golden brown about 15-20 minutes.
