Chinese Broiled Tenderloin

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lamb tenderloin (1 1/2 pounds total)
  • 1/4 cup ginger marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chinese five spice powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Recipe

  • 1 brush tenderloins with oil and sprinkle on seasonings.
  • 2 broil 15 minutes.
  • 3 turn.
  • 4 brush on ginger preserves.
  • 5 broil 5 minutes more or until meat thermometer reaches 155 degrees f.
