Brunch Croissants

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated croissants (i used crescent roll dough)

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium size mixing bowl, combine the ham and cream cheese.
  • 2 unroll and separate croissants. place a dollop of the ham mixture on each croissant. roll up croissants and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • 3 bake, uncovered, at 425°f for 15 to 18 minutes.
