Bombay Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 3 large ripe avocados, mashed
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • curry powder, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and chill for at least 4 hours for flavors to marry and onion bits soften.
  • 2 serve on a bed of chopped lettuce with sliced tomatoes and ripe black olives.
