Boneless Lamb Roast

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 lbs boneless lamb roast
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed (or chopped)
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 the meat should be at room temperature for best results.
  • 3 place lamb in roasting pan.
  • 4 sprinkle the top of the roast with sage, rosemary, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  • 5 bake for 50 minutes (25 minutes per lb).
