Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs boneless chuck roast
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 add onion, beef, garlic and 1 cup water to slow cooker. cook on high 4-5 hours.
- 2 strain, reserving broth and discarding onion and garlic.
- 3 shred meat. let cool completely.
