Ingredients

- 4 cooking apples, chopped fine
- 1/2 lb breadcrumbs
- 4 ounces sugar
- 4 ounces raisins, seeded and chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- nutmeg
- 3 eggs
Recipe
- 1 mix the apples, bread crumbs, sugar, raisins, salt and nutmeg together.
- 2 beat the eggs and add; mixing well.
- 3 put the mixture into a buttered pudding mold; tie with a cloth and boil for 1 1/2 hours.
- 4 serve with a sweet sauce, of your choice.
