Boneless Buffalo Chicken Calzone

Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into large chunks
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup egg wash, your preference
- 18 ounces pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese, i use a blend of mozzarella and cheddar
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil to med heat in frying pan.
- 2 dip chicken pieces into milk or egg wash, then coat in bread crumbs.
- 3 fry them in pan, turning occasionally for approximately 5 minutes or until done (when juices are clear).
- 4 drain on paper towels.
- 5 roll out pizza dough to size of a pizza pan.
- 6 place chicken on one side of dough.
- 7 sprinkle hot sauce over chicken.
- 8 cover with cheese and add more hot sauce if desired.
- 9 fold other half of pizza dough over chicken.
- 10 press down at edges to seal.
- 11 if desired, top pizza dough with some extra cheese.
- 12 bake at 350°f for approximately 25-30 minutes or until pizza dough is browned.
- 13 cut into pizza shaped wedges, serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
