Boneless Lamb Chops And Mushroom Gravy

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless lamb chops
  • 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 1 (3/4 ounce) packet mushroom gravy
  • 1/4 cup oil, for browning chops
  • oregano
  • chopped dried onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 pour oil into skillet.
  • 2 season lamb chops on both sides with oregano,chopped dried onions,salt,pepper and garlic powder.
  • 3 place lamb chops in skillet over medium heat and let cook approx.4 minutes on one side. turn and let cook approximately 4 minutes on the other side.
  • 4 make mushroom gravy in a bowl then
  • 5 remove chops from skillet.
  • 6 add the mushroom gravy into skillet. cook until thickened then put lamb chops and mushrooms back into skillet.
  • 7 turn down to low and cover and let cook until lamb chops are done.
