Boneless Lamb Chops With Gravy

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 bottle italian dressing (i used kraft light)
  • 6 -8 boneless lamb chops
  • flour
  • oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 3/4 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 place chops in ziplock bag add the dressing.
  • 2 marinade for 3 hours.
  • 3 drain dressing off and flour and fry in frying pan.
  • 4 drain any oil left over and put the chops back in fring pan.
  • 5 mix soup and milk together and pour over chops.
  • 6 let simmer till they are tender.
  • 7 gravy is great over potatoes.
