Boneless Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 boneless lamb chops, 1/4 inch thick
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
- 2 heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in oven proof skillet over medium heat.
- 3 sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides; add to skillet.
- 4 saute until golden brown: about 2 minute.
- 5 flip, cook two more minute.
- 6 place pan in oven; roast until cooked through. about 10- 20 minutes.
