Bonnie's Best Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a medium skillet.
- 2 cook onions& garlic until tender; reserve.
- 3 combine eggs with milk& bread crumbs.
- 4 add onion mixture& remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 5 press into a 9" x 5" loaf pan& cover with foil.
- 6 bake in a preheated 375f oven for an hour.
- 7 combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- 8 drain off any fat from meatloaf& brush glaze on top.
- 9 bake for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
