Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

- 1 cup cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1 navel orange, chopped with skin on (be sure to wash well before chopping)
- 1/2 cup celery rib, chopped
- 1/2-3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 ounce) package cherry jell-o
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 chop cranberries, whole orange, celery, walnuts and pineapple in your food processor.
- 2 make jello with boiling water. add sugar and stir very well until sugar and jello are dissolved. mix in your chopped ingredients. pour into your serving dish. allow to jell several hours (at least 4) or overnight.
