Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 onions, grated
- 2 carrots, grated
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oil (i use mazola)
Recipe
- 1 mix together salad ingredients. sprinkle with sugar and let stand while making the dressing.
- 2 bring dressing ingredients (except oil), to a boil. add oil and boil for 30 seconds. pour over cabbage mixture while still hot. stir well and refrigerate. keeps for 14 days.
