Chicken Marsala

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup marsala wine
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut the onion into wedges. heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.
  • 2 lightly salt and pepper the chicken and add it to the skillet, cook 5 minutes on each side.
  • 3 mix the chicken broth and cornstarch together, and add to the skillet. reduce heat to low and simmer until the chicken is done. about 5 minutes.
