- 1 lb sausage (i like to use lowfat chicken sausage)
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 6 eggs
- 8 ounces salsa
- shredded cheese
- 4 -6 tortillas
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage with onion and peppers
- 2 add eggs, salsa, and cheese – mixing after each.
- 3 dish into heated tortilla.
