Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb sausage (i like to use lowfat chicken sausage)
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 ounces salsa
  • shredded cheese
  • 4 -6 tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage with onion and peppers
  • 2 add eggs, salsa, and cheese – mixing after each.
  • 3 dish into heated tortilla.
