Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 put first 4 ingredients into saucepan. saute for 1 minute.
- 2 cover and simmer slowly until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. stir often.
- 3 add sour cream, salt and pepper. serves 3.
