Curried Corn

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put first 4 ingredients into saucepan. saute for 1 minute.
  • 2 cover and simmer slowly until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. stir often.
  • 3 add sour cream, salt and pepper. serves 3.
