Cranberry Raspberry Fondue

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup raspberry liqueur

Recipe

  • 1 combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  • 2 set aside.
  • 3 melt cranberry sauce in a medium saucepan, whisking frequently.
  • 4 add liqueur to saucepan.
  • 5 when mixture begins to boil, add the cornstarch mixture, whisking until sauce thickens.
  • 6 transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm with a low flame.
  • 7 serve fondue with assorted foods, cut into bite-sized pieces.
