Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (best foods or hellman's)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients until smooth in small saucepan.
- 2 stir constantly over medium-low heat until thickened.
- 3 do not boil!
- 4 serve over vegetables, seafood, or poached eggs.
- 5 this quick-sauce, tastes similar to hollandaise, but is much easier to make.
