Chuletas Al Vino - Lamb Chops In Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup red wine or 1/2 cup wine
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 coat chops with flour.
  • 2 cook in hot oil over medium-high heat til browned.
  • 3 remove chops and add broth, onion and garlic to skillet.
  • 4 bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
  • 5 add wine to skillet with tomato paste.
  • 6 return chops to skillet.
  • 7 sprinkle with pepper, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
  • 8 drizzle with lime juice and serve.
