Chuletas Al Vino - Lamb Chops In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup red wine or 1/2 cup wine
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Recipe
- 1 coat chops with flour.
- 2 cook in hot oil over medium-high heat til browned.
- 3 remove chops and add broth, onion and garlic to skillet.
- 4 bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
- 5 add wine to skillet with tomato paste.
- 6 return chops to skillet.
- 7 sprinkle with pepper, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
- 8 drizzle with lime juice and serve.
