Chicken With Mustard Cream

Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 saute chicken in oil until well browned on all sides.
- 2 add 1 teaspoon of alino--rz does not recognize this spice combination.
- 3 add salt and pepper to your taste; also add the onions, mushrooms and bell pepper, saute 5 minutes.
- 4 cover and cook 10 minutes.
