Ingredients
- 3 -4 broccoli florets, steamed & chopped
- 1 plum tomato, de-seeded & chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 225 g self rising flour
- 175 ml skim milk
- 55 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
Recipe
- 1 mix vegetables & cheese together.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 spoon mixture into greased muffin tins.
- 4 bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 5 let sit 5 minutes and serve.
