Ingredients

- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 -3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 shred cabbage like for slaw.
- 2 soak in cold water until all is shredded.
- 3 take 1 1/2 quart pot, heat up bacon drippings.
- 4 add cabbage, shaking off excess water.
- 5 pot will be full.
- 6 salt and pepper to your taste.
- 7 cover with lid.
- 8 stir a couple of times.
- 9 cook 5-10 minutes.
