6 Week Makeover Spicy Veggies (low Fat, Low Sodium )

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 steam green beans until they are almost completely cooked.
  • 2 put beans in non-stick skillet and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
