British Style Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 (16 ounce) can baked beans
- 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, crumbled
- splash worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and white pepper
- milk (enough to mash potatoes)
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400*.
- 2 boil potatoes in enough salted water to cover them until tender, about 15 minutes. drain and mash, season with salt and pepper, butter and milk.
- 3 pour the can of baked beans into the bottom of a casserole dish (7 x 11).
- 4 sprinkle the corned beef over the beans evenly. season with a bit of worcestershire and top with mashed potatoes.
- 5 baked, uncovered for 25 minutes. top with cheese and continue baking for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
