Britt's Favorite Pot Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
  • 1 medium potato, peeled & cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 and spray the pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 mix the soup, vegetables, chicken, potato and milk in a saucepan.
  • 3 heat over medium heat until warmed.
  • 4 place bottom piecrust into plate and press down.
  • 5 pour the heated mixture into the piecrust.
  • 6 top with top pie crust, fold the edges and crimp around the edges and then cut slits into the top.
  • 7 bake for 1 hour.
